The exercises taught in this course are the same ones taught in other Self-Help seminars that cost thousands of dollars, and over a period of time that is usually weeks, if not months long. My ultimate goal here is to give you a very foundational skill that is necessary for starting your Spiritual Journey, but helping you to take back control of your life.
